Tribute

Plath, Staley and Pollock exposed heart
journeys obsessed with closing the event
discovering fables within the colour chart

forged realities beside a life worthwhile
exhumed vapor in a blue clouded jar of pills;
doors of perception dripping a rare smile

truest art feels the delicate portrayal of emotion
stripping intestines from the depths of reality
demon of comfort immersed in a seraphic potion

dying is an art; they did it particularly well
decaying hypnotic seductive key of confession
slowly we fade as poison cracks the nutshell

About Stayne

Welcome to my page and thank you so much for stopping by. I feel honoured to share some of your precious time. These are just a collection of thoughts that have popped into my head and I have managed to store here. I am hoping that one day I will find the time and inspiration to return to these thoughts to edit and craft poems out of them...ah maybe one day.
